Chetna was born in a small village, where her early schooling began. She later completed her 11th and 12th education in a district town before moving to the city to pursue her college studies. This transition from village life to an urban environment became a defining phase in her life, teaching her independence, adaptability, and the true value of hard work.
During her college years, Chetna joined the Rotaract Club as an extracurricular activity. What initially seemed like a simple involvement soon became a powerful influence on her personal development. Through the club, she built meaningful friendships, actively participated in social initiatives, and followed her passion for helping others. Her involvement earned her several certificates, but more importantly, it instilled in her the importance of teamwork, service, leadership, and responsibility qualities that would later guide her professional journey.
After completing her degree, Chetna began applying for jobs with determination and hope. She attended more than 30 open campus interviews, yet none resulted in a positive outcome. It was a challenging and emotionally testing period, but she held onto the belief that life had a different plan waiting for her.
A turning point came unexpectedly during her uncle’s wedding, when someone suggested she visit a consultancy. She went without expectations. When offered a role in digital marketing, Chetna initially declined, as it was not a field she had planned to pursue. However, after understanding the opportunity—including salary, accommodation, and food support she decided to take a leap of faith and accept the offer.
Within days, Chetna moved to Pune a decision that changed her life. She worked there for nearly two years, gaining valuable professional experience, confidence, and clarity. During this period, she traveled across several Indian states and also explored international destinations including Dubai, the Maldives, Sri Lanka, Singapore, and Oman.
Chetna’s professional journey began with Pride Group, where she continues to work proudly today. This role brought stability, growth, and the ability to support her family. It enabled her to achieve milestones she once never imagined purchasing a new home, home appliances, a scooty, and even her first iPhone.
Life tested Chetna many times, but every challenge made her stronger. She learned the importance of patience, honesty, and giving her best in every situation. From a small village to working in Dubai today, her journey stands as a powerful reminder that with faith, consistent effort, and the courage to take chances, life can truly transform.
