For Ginger Taylor, assistant director-leadership at Leadhership Network for Women at Arc, AI is a Kickstarter-the first step in her creative process.

Chatgpt has become one of her go-to tools. “I am completely self -taught.

Skift meetings spoke with Taylor about how AI used for specific tasks, and the instructions that she suggests.

Can you share your philosophy with AI?

I use chatgpt to generate creativity, to help me think and start the planning process. It helps me to discover corners, I may not have considered mine.

But what it gives me is the end product. I treat it as a first concept or idea generator. From there I will go through various iterations, the refining of the content, questions where the information came from and did my own control. I work together with my team and board to shape Sub Summ

For me, Chatgpt is part of the larger process: strategy, research, innovation, creativity and leadership. It does not replace the work, it improves it.

What are the subject of the tasks where you used AI?

I used it to extract important insights from the Debriefs and speaker evaluations team, and to identify gaps in roles and workflow base on cross disorders.

I also used it to help analyze and organize data for reports and presentations to senior leadership. For example, I used it to summarize feedback after the event and mark recurring themes of participant surveys, and the organization that at a high level Takeways, in an executive friendly size.

Can you share a specific routine task and the prompt you used?

One was the transfer of our fake management process notes from our meeting to Wike, our project management tool.

I used this prompt: “I wanted to take this process for speaker logistics and adds to Wike. I also have to take on marketing task to promote. Can you help me arrange this?”

Chatgpt helped me to split the speaker logistics into tasks such as following confirmations, publishing contracts, sending speaker portal access and coordinating marketing promotion. It even suggests forest that must be assigned to every step.

It changed my current list of notes in a plan, saved me time and promised nothing slid through the cracks. Now reuse it for every event.

Can you share how you use it for a SWOT -Animeis?

I had to gain more insights into our competition and do an analysis of my oven. I asked: “Can you help me build a SWOT analysis for a large-scale leadership event aimed at leadership? I need a starting point that consults, there is both challenges and opportunities in industry.”

What it gave was to start the starting point that the strategic gaps helped on the surface. They are identified competitions that we had not considered before. From there I lay down in internal context, refined the language and tailored the analysis to our goals.

Many planners say they don’t have time to learn AI. What is your respect?

I get it, time is the only thing we never have enough of in this industry.

That is exactly why I started using AI in the first place. I didn’t sit to “learn AI.” I just started asking for help with real tasks that I was already doing, such as writing speakers e-mails, drawing up Run show contours or lifting meeting notes in action plans.

You don’t have to become an expert. You just have to be curious.

What takes me for hours now takes a minute and I still have complete control over the end product. It gives me a back -time that I didn’t have to beg.

Which projects did you set your sights on?

At the moment I lead the launch of a brand new leadership conference, which is an important focus. It is the first of its kind for our team, so I built everything up. This includes frameworks, participants travel, content strategy and workflows from the cross department. I am also more involved in the LinkedIn community, share insights and connect with others who navigate to similar challenges.
