UAE mediation efforts succeed with new exchange of 410 captives between Russia, Ukraine – World

The United Arab Emirates have canceled the success of brokerage efforts in a new exchange of war prisoners between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Ukraine, including 205 Ukrainian prisoners and 205 Russian prisoners, as a result of which the total number of exchange has brought these efforts to 4,181.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) has expressed its appreciation to the two countries for cooperation with the mediation of the VAE. This reflects the trust and appreciation of that country for the role of the UAE in supporting all efforts to resolve the crisis between Russia and Ukraine.

The Ministry emphasized that the success of this mediation, the fifteenth, reflects the distinctive ties between the VAE and the two countries.

Furtermore once again confirmed the ministry of the dedication of the VAE to require the success of all the efforts aimed at finding a peaceful solution for the conflict in Ukraine, and mitigating humanitarian effects as a result of the crisis, including refugees and prisoners.
