– Hamdan Bin Mohammed inspects Wadi Al-AMARDI HOUSING PROJECT, AED2 billion home package approves
His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, today visited Wadi al-AMARDI Housing Project in Dubai. His highness was informed about the progress of all current housing projects and approved a home package worth AED2 billion for Emirati -Burgers in Dubai.
During the tour, his highness inspects the housing projects in Wadi Al-AMARDI and assessed plans for various new developments that compress more than 1,100 residential units for citizens. These projects are SP Pread in four important areas, including Wadi Al-AMARDI, Al Aed, Hatta and Oud Al Muteena, with a total investment that is higher than AED2 billion.
His highness said that the new housing projects will contain modern designs that meet the ambitions of Emirati families, with well-planned communities that offer advanced infrastructure, quality services and extensive public facilities. He also praised the Mohammed bin Rashid housing team for their efforts in reducing projects that support the well-being and stability of citizens, and emphasized that this remains an important government priority.
During the visit, Sheikh Hamdan rated the model of the house that was built. These houses are designated according to the highest architectural and technical standards, offoribally sacrifices and sustainable submission that meets the needs of Emirati families, with a focus on privacy, quality and integration of essential infrastructure and services.
A total of 1,163 housing units are currently under construction in various areas in the Emirate, including: 432 units in Wadi al-AMARDI with a value of AED767.9 million, 398 units in Al Aed734.1 million, 213 units in Hatta Galued at Aed508.5 million and 120 VALAND At AED10 Mutiena Valued on AED113.8 million.
