The Beach Resort address on JBR has a floating yoga and pilates inspired class by Super Supp Fit in the world’s highest outdoor infinity pool. The classeses are available twice a month for AED 377 per person, including exclusive access to 2 hours, so that you can also take a cooling. Aura skypool
Aura Skypool and Breasy work together to give a really cool floating breathing class in the world’s highest 360-degree Sky Pool. Lie on your inflatable mattress, set up your headphones in the field of sound and regulate your nervous system with this class. Beyond Wellness is a 360 mind, body and spirit experience. It was caught by Sophia and Rachel, who combined the 40 -year experience in the business and welfare sector. Beyond Wellness’ experiences combine traditional approaches with the most contemporary, scientific modalities, Incorpsing ‘Life + Business’ Coaching and Mind Science Learning. They also organize luxury wellness and retreats in the VAE, Bali and Maldives, work together with companies and individuals to achieve optimum health, happiness and vitality. Five Palm Jumeirah
Five Palm Jumeirah also works together with Breasy for Sub Amazing Breathwork Classeses. It is in the private -base path, so you have no one to disturb you, not that you would hear them with your headphones and eye mask to block the world. The instructor will guide you through the steps, so even if you are a beginner, you are in safe hands. You will also do an ice bath.
