There are countless reasons why I come to life in the summer. Sunshine, swimming pool days, Lakeshore Picnicks, Golden Hour Snack-Dominated dinners to this summer Lovin ‘Gal, the list is endless. But when the season strikes, there is one tasks that I have to exceed my list as soon as possible. If they are beautifully ripe (usually at the end of May to October, depending on where you are), this self-professed mango queen will make all the tropical fruits that they can find. Manges are the perfect upgrade of all my favorite summer drinks. And that is how this best-vaver Mango Mojito recipe Blen was.
To be honest, I don’t drink for many days, so I’m always looking for recipes that are just as tasty with and without alcohol for my patio rangs. This recipe is packed with taste, simple enough to tough together for a large group, and can be changed for any preference. That’s right, this mango mojito recipe is the perfection of Summer Sippin.

What is a Mojito?
The Clajito Mojito is traditionally made with white rum, sugar, lime juice, sparkling soft drink water and fresh mint. Easy, summery and fresh. It is no wonder that Ernest Hemingway has his favorite. (Or did he do?)
There are certainly different types of Mojito, depending on where and how you order your drink. A Mojito Blanco exchanges Tequila instead of Rum and a Cojito that introduces coconut to the classic. The options are in abundance and are completely up to you!
My Mango Mojito version is fairly close to the original, with only a few tweaks to increase the ante.

What you need for this Mango Mojito recipe
Mango. Although you can use pre -packaged Mangar Nectar or Mango Suice, I prefer to use entire mangos that I have mixed myself. This is not anecessarry additives and delivers a lot of extra mango taste. You can use fresh or frozen and thawed mangos.
Limes. I love the acidity and the tongs that offers limes to balance the sweetness in the mango.
Fresh mint. Both as a garnish and to add a little extra taste, Mint is the traditional Mojito ingredient that makes it special.
Ginger beer. I take Som Liberies here and use a ginger beer or ginger beer instead of soft drink water. I love the heat that adds ginger and the little bit of sweetness. This also means that you do not have to record SIMRUP, because most ginger beer signs add sugar to the mix.
White rum. Optional if you want to keep this as a mocktail, but use good white rum for the ultimate Mojito experience.

Although the list of ingredients is fairly simple for this cocktail, there are a few things you can do to get the taste and even add your own twists.
Save your coin. Yes, literally. Maybe it sounds strange in the beginning, but to have the mint taste eat, you have to activate and relax that taste. Although you can work a lot of taste in the drink by moduring the mint, the green speckles leave behind. Because I prefer the clean appearance of pure orange mango, I place the sprig of mint on one of my palms and smack it with the other. This will release the oils of the mint leaves and provide their characteristic fresh taste in your drink.
Add a spicy staircase. If you want to lift the next level, make a spicy mango mojito recipe by muddling in Som Jalapeño. As an alternative you can add red chili pepper to sugar for your glasses. It not only looks, but also gives the drink a crawling warmth to balance the sweetness of the mango.
Make a pitcher in advance. You can definitely make this Mojito recipe as a pitcher for large groups. And the best part? It can also be made in advance. The flavors will all chill together and become all the better. Plus, who wants to give individual drinks if a photo will do perfectly? Just wait to add ice cream and fill everything with the ginger beer when you are ready to serve.
