- Set an attempt for the day. Whether it is a word, a mantra, to a favorite poem or to a simple goal, making an attempt can help guide you to keep you focused on the day.
- Limit the screen time. Choose your mentality before the world chooses one for you. Try to prevent you from looking at your phone for at least 30 minutes after waking up. Nothing usually happens “beyond” that can’t wait until the first recover “in this.”
Promotion strength due to light movement.
