“Where did you get that carpet?” Is one of the questions that I am most often asked. Carpets were the Cracst Big Purchase Decoritem that I started collecting when I moved to my first apartment. Below you will find my favorite places to browse and buy carpets (the first one I almost always do). For the number of reasons there is a wide range of brands, price points and styles that are shown below.
Even if you are planning to buy more budget -friendly carpets, I still recommend browsing with carpets on all price points. In my experience, family is that it is available from different designers and at different stores one of the best ways to get to know your style and what you are most attracted to. I have discovered that if I expose myself to unique and interesting pieces, even if they are outside my price range, I learn to easily choose the great pieces in stores with lower price points.
Here are my favorite places to buy carpets at the moment.
1. Lulu & Georgia

I love what Lulu and Georgia do with their carpet collaborations. The Sarah Sherman Samuel collection is iconic! Together with the checkerboard blanket that we have in our current house, we had one of the carpets from this collection in our large bedroom in our earlier house and thought of it.
2. Chairman

Chairman is a place where I like to browse carpet styles, although most are outside of my price range. On a rare occasion I will make a Lowball offer – I had even offered accessible before (the vintage carpet in the family room is of chairman, just like the vintage carpet in the entrance)! They still cost an arm and a leg, but they are forever pieces of a rememberable site. Keep in mind that the chairman return policy varies strictly, so if you buy one and do not like it, you only have forty-eight hours to submit your return.
3. Loloi

Loloi is a great source for budget -friendly and child -friendly (or pet -friendly!) Carpets. They wear carpets in so many beautiful styles that do not matter of your personal design. We used them in areas where we know that the children and the dog will play hard or maybe more likely to spill.
4. Annie Selke
Annie Selke is wearing super high -high rugs for modern and traditional spaces. I love the spicy colors and graphic prints. We have an Annie Selke Runner (shown above) for our basement kitchenette and combined various carpets in a runner for our basement staircase. We also had this mini-checked carpet in our house for Miss Years.
5. eBay

I love eBay for the deals you can find if you are willing to be patient and or negotiate. I bought at the Swedish Kilim -Hardoper van Ebay for the corridor to our bedroom (shown above).
6. Ecarpet gallery

EcarpetGallery is a great source for vintage carpets with deep discounts. We have carpets from this store in Joe’s office and my office/library. This is usually my first stop to see if a style that I have found on a site with more cost pieces is also goalable in here a lower price. They work on the inventory and have salts all year round, so this place is worth keeping on your radar.
7. Nordic knots

Nordic knots wear carpets in solid colors and graphic patterns that are made in Relativley small parties. We have two carpets here – a red carpet in the dining room (depicted at the top of this post) and a cream -colored rug in the large bedroom (shown above). One thing to expect is that these carpets tend to the first coupling of months that you have, so you might have to vacuum extra.
