I get a lot of questions about exercise during pregnancy and now that I am in 23 weeks, in my 6th Maas of pregnancy (I am messing around, I can’t believe it either), I feel that I can give you a good update!
Before I get pregnant, I always hate a healthy pregnancy and because baby and EIA are healthy, my goal to always exercise. So far I am grateful every day that I feel healthy enough to exercise.
The recommendation to exercise during pregnancy are:
-
The green light from your doctor gets that it is safe for you to exercise 🚦.
-
Keep doing the training sessions that you used to do, as long as do nothing directly on your stomach/pelvic area.
So I took those 2 things and Ran with them.
In the first quarter I did great until I hit week 6. At night I felt so nauseous, tired, tired and had illness all day. I could not understand the thought of not exercising at that time. But for the small authorities that I felt good, I jumped in the gym and tried Barre class. I would come to week in Arouund until week. It was a lot to wrap my mind, but every day and myself remind me what my body is doing and that helped me to accept the changes.
When I reached the 2nd trimester, I gradually started to feel better, but not with the same energy as before. So me Asked myself two questions:
When I made my answers to the knot, they looked like:
-
Q
-
🧘iberZ Gentle Yoga – because it helps me to take Zen out, to take things at a slow pace, and really helps with work – started to do that once a week
-
🏋iberZ strength training – but I felt that I need a little pleasure for it, so I booked 2 sessions a week with a PT and I do 2 sessions myself.
& If you need to know something about me, it is that I have a Super Actiontaker lol. This small plan really resonated with me and so I worked my schedule and budget around it to make it happen.
However, it is not always easy to appear, you know that. But the reason I existed with my training is Scholause, I have reasons that motivate me, even if I am not motivated, such as:
-
I know I am in a very better mental space after I have played
-
I know this is good for my baby’s health
-
It helps me with work and delivery
-
Improves recovery after the birth
-
& The Verstreus just joy to move
I know that exercise and movement can feel like a job. But I don’t believe it should be the case if you ask yourself the right questions and sign up for the things that really make you feel good. No matter how that seems to you.
I am currently working with so many pregnant women and they all do different types of training from pilates to turning – at their own pace.
Listen, at the stage you are in life, if you are remarkable or just have no training sessions as part of your lifestyle, that’s ok. As long as you tune into what you need and you feel good about it, that is the only thing that counts.
I hope this was useful!
