The perfect physical activity
What if I tolerate you, was there an activity that combined fitness, education, socializing and work? Sounds too good to be true, right? You could even say that that is impossible … but this perfect activity does exist and it is well -known walking.
If you prefer to listen to this episode while you walk, you can Find it here. I think you really get an idea from what I’m going to talk about when you actually experience it.
Why walking is perfect for MultiSking
Walking is such a healthy, simple activity that keeps you moving and, if planned in the right way, you can help to achieve so much and get a lot done. This blog is dedicated to all the miracles of walking, and if it sounds like I’m a bit obsessed, it’s because I am!
When I walk, I usually do so many things, such as a meeting with a colleague, listening to an audio book (Glennon Doyle is currently on Audible), get updates about the latest marketing of a podcast or talking with a family for a family to a friend. Subtimes that I even respond to your DMs.
You see, I go to multitasking and I am usually terrible in multitasking. But here is another reason why I really like this as an activity.

5 things to do while walking
I see walking as a form of collecting steps. Steps are artificial form of measuring neat levels, neat stands for non -exercise activity stemogenesis. In normal English this means that they are burning calls without really exercising. Magical, right?
Steps are an incredible tool for letting your calories burn without being in a current gym or to do a current training. I like to take daily step goal of at least 8,000 steps a day for all my customers, because it helps the fire calories without really feeling the fatigue that runs or HIIT training is delivered. If you need help with so many steps every day, view this source that I have made, “7 ways to increase your step count”.
Whether your goals are weight loss or muscle gain, I want you to move your body, because this is a necessary compontal compont of a healthy functional body. I will talk a little more about the benefits, but I feel that this gives you juice to keep reading, I know it does for me!
Number #1: Be productive while you walk
Think back to all the zoom conversations you have had in the past year. Wouled is your time not spent better if you could have been pressed in a small walk while they are going?
Let’s face it, subtimes that you don’t really contribute or participate in a phone call, you are just there to hear updates about everyone’s tasks. You may expect that you will talk in the beginning and that you are, you will be quiet for the next hour.
This requires a schedule, but find out when a call is planned that you do not have to make notes during and have to take a walk while it happens. Whether you could consider taking up the call, so if there is something you would like to discuss, it is available for you.
If you are a university student and have a class that you have to mention, one that has no visuals and does not have to sit while it goes, that is also a chance to have a walk sneak. My oil training exam had 45 minutes of videos and you can bet I was listening to a treadmill. Super efficient!
Number #2: Listen to podcasts and audio books while walking
If you want to broaden your horizon and learn the subject new, there is a podcast for everything that is days! Seriously, just try to look for a podcast about parenthood or gardening, for example what you are curious about nowadays and see what comes to mind.
There are also a couple of comedy shows that you can tailor to! The same applies to audio books: My goal this year is to read at least 1 book per month and the way I get this whole thing.
The other cool who is about listening to an episode of an audio book or podcast is that if the subject is interesting, you can do an hour before you even look at your watch or step tracker. So do a little research into your interests, what it cooks and baking, sports or interior design is, and you will find the podcast that is suitable for you.
Here are sub -suggestions if you want to start with sub -fascinating podcasts: there is “Ted Talks Daily” or “US Unlocking US” by Brene Brown.
Number #3: Get a friend with a friend
If it was a few weeks ago that you spoke with a family member, you can always call them while you’re out for your evening walk! I always hear people talking about not finding time to contact and talk to Love Uones, so this can be your chance.
Inssterad from Pacing Aound the room while you talk to your youth, you could take 10 thousand steps for an hour -long call with them at the same time. That kind of phone calls always leave a spring in my step, especially when I overtake the subsone that I have spoken with for a long time.
Number #4: A walk can cause inspiration
It is true, I cannot tell you how the number of times I would walk, subtimes in complete silence and I am thinking of an idea for a program or podcast episode or newsletter. There is even a study that observed the productivity of 4 people before and after a walk: the Youters who walked, especially outdoors, had a better stream of ideas fighting to the office at the office.
It is also a good idea to present a walk if you and your team are stuck to a problem at work. You can all free your head and return stronger and better!
Number #5: Listen to music while walking
Every music genre can fully stimulate your endorphins. Whether you like to rock to country songs, oldies, pop or the latest Arabic music, every playlist can completely rejuvenate your mood and change in this super productive, super fast and super ambitious person!
You can pump music to complete the last part of a walk, among you
Here is one Link to my playlist. I filled it with 70+ of my favorite, energy pump numbers!

- It can stimulate your energy and your mood while facilitating your fear. Talk about free therapy!
