
- The Master Plan reveals six lifestyle districts with Mandarin Eastern 5-star resort, a golf course, a tennis stadium and an international academy, all set in the middle of expansive green spaces and seamlessly connected by an extensive infrastructure.
Wasl, one of Dubai’s Largan Real Estate Developers, you have announced the next phase of Jumeirah Golf Estaes (JGE), a large master plan with a large expansion that signed the scale of the community increases and positions it among the most ambitious lifestyle -destination.
The expansion of 4.68 million square meters will add a variety of residential units in six distinctive districts, including 780 luxury villas, 62 Ultra-Luxe mansions, 97 brand houses, 752 estate houses and 10,65 apartments, a total of 12,345 new units. The housing units include 1.83 million square meters and will eventually house more than 51,700 inhabitants. The new master plan – ‘Jumeirah Golf Esta the next chapter’ – is in line with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan And represents strategic investments in long -term growth and liveability of the city.
Strategically located along Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road (E311) and with direct access to the E Aquad train station that is currently under construction within the project. The development will benefit from Dubai Metro Access and Connectivity to four major arterial roads: Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road (E311), Al Yalayis Street / Jebel Ali Al-Forrab Road (D57), Al Khail Road / Al Fay Road (D59). The proximity of Maktoum International Airport adds a further logistics attraction.
The Master Plan introduces 1.5 million square meters of lush green and open spaces and offers a wide range of residential types, including park-oriented apartments, golf-view villas, brand houses, estatehoms and ultra-luxury hills. A five -star Mandarin Oriental Resort will anchor the hospitality offer with the community.

The six new districts – Central Park, Village, Town Center & Grand Lake, Golf Course North, Golf Course South and Equestrian Village – are connected by green corridors and recreational paths. At 131,850 m² Central Park, one of the largest in Dubai within a residential community, will serve as an important destination for leisure and well -being.
The development comprises more than 48,000 m² of Retail and F&B Space, 46,000 m² Campus for an international school, health care center, religious facilities and other social facilities that are designated to meet the needs of a diverse, multi-generational population.
Active Living is the core of the plan, anchored by a new 18-hole golf course and academy, a world-class equestrian center with show-jumping facilities, and what is set at Dubai’s Langes Tennis Stadium with capacity of more than 5,000 spectators.
