n the dynamic and rapidly expanding F&B scene in Dubai, it’s imperative to lead with creativity, agility and a guest-led approach. Adopting this manifesto has allowed Rabih Fakhreddine, Group CEO of 7 Management, to build a globally renowned restaurant and nightlife portfolio, where creativity and people are the foundation. Ahead of World Creativity and Innovation Day on April 21, the founder and CEO shares his insights on building success and creating trends across 7 Management’s award-winning portfolio.
Putting creativity first
7 Management’s extensive collection of restaurants and nightlife venues span multiple countries and while each venue is unique, all are unified in the way they stand out from the crowd. From concept creation to operation, creativity is at the centre of each brand. “Our venues are recognised for the way they push the boundaries of traditional hospitality,” Fakhreddine explains. “We continue to exceed increasing guest expectations by offering experiences that are memorable and meaningful.”
Prioritising people and culture
With a people-first approach, Fakhreddine has expanded 7 Management’s global team to more than 1,200 members across Beirut, Dubai, Doha and Athens. “People are the foundation of everything we do,” says Fakhreddine. “When a team share a collective vision and are all working towards a shared goal – that’s when a venue thrives.”
Staying one step ahead of the curve
Implementing new ideas, enhancing guest experience, and leveraging data-driven technology are just three of the ways Fakhreddine leads from the front. Creating trends, rather than following them, has allowed Fakhreddine to expand into new markets and cement 7 Management as an industry pioneer in established locations.
Further enhancing the group’s current portfolio, 7 Management will debut 25 Jump Street, a first-of-its-kind concept in Dubai’s One Central this summer. The licensed street promises a curation of international and homegrown brands that will together create a new upscale dining and nightlife hub. “We’re not willing to adopt a copy-paste mechanic. Instead, we seek to offer the extraordinary and set new benchmarks for experiential hospitality.”
