The hotel activities of the Asia-Pacific region will surpass Europe by 2026, according to the last Skift Research.
“During the Pandemie, the Asia-Pacific region surpassed Europe in accommodation income. While Europe could be recovered quickly, we expect the Asia-Pacific region to catch up again in 2026,” said the report.
To meet the growing demand, there are 2,074 projects, with 408,213 rooms, currently in the Hotel Ppeline in the region, according to the latest Lodging Econometrics Construction Pipeline Trend Report.
Among the newest hotels and locations that will be opened soon, or soon, there are three new congress centers in the largest cities of Zeeland: Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington. A number of the new Blend Nature and Wellness features: Mandai Rainforest Resort of Banyan Tree in Singapore, Raffles Sentosa Singopore, Jim Corbett Marriott Resort & Spa in India, JW Marriott Kaafu Aboll Island Resort in the Maldiven, in the Hamilton Ristress. All offer a mix of luxury and natural immersion in incomparable locations.

1. 1 Melbourne Hotel
Melbourne, Australia
Opening In May 2025, 1 Hotel Melbourne offers 277 rooms and 18,000 square foot event room over seven rooms. The central hotel offers facilities, including gym, swimming pool, spa and dining. The nature-forized spaces of the hotel offer a view of the river and wellness experiences.
2. Anantara Jewel Bagh Jaipur
Jaipur, India
On the edge of Jaipur, “The Pink City”, Anantara Jewel Bagh Jaipur offers 150 rooms and suites, while he has 64,000 square feet of the mainly outdoor event space over seven locations. 4. Fairmont Tokyo

Fairmont Tokyo will be opened in July and is located on the top floors of the South Tower of the Shibaura project. The Luxury Hotel offers 217 rooms and several event space, including 10,000 square feet large ballroom with its own pre-function Foyer, able to organize 1,200 guest theater style. The hotel also offers a spa, a fitness center, swimming pools and five restaurants and bars.
5. Fairmont Udaipur Palace
Udaipur, India
Expected to open Submitime in 2025, the Fairmont Udaipur Palace (image above) is a hilltop, spread over 16 hectares overlooking the city and exclusive access to the forest reserve. It will offer more than 100,000 square base of pastry and event room, eateries and a spa.
6. Hopewell Hotel
Hong Kong, China
The Hopewell Hotel was open in December 2024 and is now one of the largest business hotels in the area in the Wan Chair District in Hong Kong. Connected to the shops and offices of Hopewell Center, the building has 1,000 rooms, a fitness center, club lounge, five dining rooms and a swimming pool. The resort offers four dining options, a spa with Ayurvedic treatments, a fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool and two lawns for outdoor events. For meetings and events there is a pillarless ballroom with capacity for 300 theater style.
9. JW Marriott Hotel & Suites Saigon

JW Marriott Hotel & Suites Saigon, opened in September 2024, is part of a new development of Dual-Tower. The building offers 305 rooms and more than 17,000 square meters of deployment for events, including a large ballroom that is able to keep 900 guests, in theater style. On-site facilities can be four dining options, a fitness center, a spa and a raised outdoor swimming pool.
10. JW Marriott Kaafu Atoll Island Resort
Hathas Finolhu, Maldives
The recently opened JW Marriott Kaafu Atoll Island Resort is located in the Lagogest Lagune of Kaafu Atoll and has 80 OceanView villas with private baths, including 47 overwater pool villas. Facilities buy seven restaurants and bars, two swimming pools, a fitness center, access to the beach and a unique overwater spa.
11. Londoner Grand, a luxury collection hotel, Macao (conversion)

Londoner Grand, a luxury collection hotel, Macao is a recently reopened hotel on the Cotai Strip with the Londoner Macao complex. The real estate of 2,405 rooms offers extensive event options with a total of seven ball rooms, the perhaps of which may have more than 5,000 guests, theater -like. 12. Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree

16. Sofitel Sydney Wentworth (renewal)

Reopen in October 2024 after $ 44 million extension, Sofitel Sydney Wentworth offers 27,883 square foot event space over 15 locations. The hotel is located in the CBD of Sydney and has the historic, Pillo -free Wentworth -Balzaal with capacity up to 800. A full floor is dedicated to meetings and events. The hotel has 436 newly renovated rooms and four dining options.
17. The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok

The newly opened the Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok, has 260 rooms with a panoramic view of Lumpini Park. The building has nine flexible meeting and event rooms, including the Ritz-Carlton Grand Ballroom that offers nearly 15,000 square feet and can be divided into four rooms. For facilities on site are spa, fitness center, swimming pool and four culinary choices.
18. The St. Regis Shenzhen Bao’an
Shenzhen, China
The St. Regis Shenzhen Bao’an opened its doors at the beginning of March 2025 and is located on the west side of Shenzhen in the Bao’an district. It has 289 rooms with a view of the skyline and bay of the city, more than 15,000 square feet of event space, in the conviction of the 7,500 square foot-Lellen Astor Ballroom. Other highlights are four restaurant and bar options, to adapted Butler -Service, Spa, Gym and an overflow swimming pool.
19. The Sundayys

The Sunday is a new boutique hotel that will soon be opened at Hamilton Island, located in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef. 20. Waldorf Astoria Osaka
