Hazza Zaal, CEO of Al Barari, has launched Elemental, a new real estate venture designed to integrate nature, well-being, and convenience into modern urban living. The initiative aims to introduce thoughtfully designed residential spaces that foster a sense of community while prioritising sustainability and wellness.

“Elemental reflects our vision of creating residential spaces that seamlessly blend nature with everyday life,” said Hazza Zaal, founder of Elemental Developments. “Our approach is centred on enhancing well-being while maintaining a strong connection to the environment and community.”

The company’s first project, Elemental 22, is a residential building in Jumeirah Garden City, a low-rise, low-density neighbourhood focused on outdoor living. Designed with open spaces and greenery in mind, the development offers a balanced living experience, integrating wellness and functionality through curated amenities.

Residents will have access to a fully equipped gym, recovery rooms with sauna and steam facilities, The Greenhouse – a nature-inspired co-working space, a home cinema, a kids’ club, and two swimming pools. At the heart of the project is The Mill Café, envisioned as a communal space for residents to gather, work, or unwind.

As digital innovation and urban development continue to reshape the real estate landscape in the UAE, projects like Elemental 22 highlight the sector’s shift towards sustainable and community-driven living solutions. Jumeirah Garden City’s largest park, featuring green spaces, walking trails, and sports facilities, further enhances the outdoor-focused lifestyle the development promotes.

With another project in the pipeline, Elemental Developments is set to introduce new concepts that align with the UAE’s evolving real estate market, supporting the country’s long-term vision for sustainable urban growth.
