This year it was really about discovering well-performing makeup and skin care products that give me the “effortless” daily look that I like to wear! From warm brown eye shadow and carrying to simple skin care routines that work my sensitive skin, the list below makes the sub of my best discoveries of 2024!
A: Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips Lipstick in “In Love with Olivia” – A beautiful, rich pink color with sufficient department not to feel too much like a “baby” pink.
TWO: Urban Decay Vice Lip Bond Glossy Longwear Liquid Lipstick in “Text” em “–one of the only long-term liquid lip products that feel comfortable for me!
Three, four: Glossier Generation G Sheer Matte Lipstick in “Zip” and “Crush” – these were big hits for me in the summer! They add a hint of matte/pure color and give off a kind of lipstick look. Perfect for a casual lip color!
Five: Make -up by Mario Softsculpt Transforming Skin Enhancer – I have the feeling that I have no talent about this product this year, but it was still a top discovery. It looks like a faded bronze and color on the skin that adds a soft dimension to my face!
Six: Summer Fridys Jet Lag Skin Soothing Hydratation Mist – A Facial Mist like this is ideal to use in so many scenarians. From sunrise to twilight, when my skin has to burst of moisture, spritz this and it feels great!
Seven: Sweed Beauty Air Blush Cream in “Fancy Face” – First of all I think it is great that this blushing name reminds me of a funny scene in one of my favorite movies, but otherwise it is a beautiful spicy Coral Red Shady who looks fantastic on The Cheeks!
Eight, nine, ten: Victoria Beckham Satin Kajal Liners in “Cocoa”, “Ash” and “Bronze” – It is difficult to explain how creamy and mixable decorative engines are. I discovered them through Andreea Ali and I am so happy that she used them on me when I was with her in Paris! The cocoa bleur is my most used, but I also like as and bronze.
Eleven: And like shiny moisturizing lipmaS – talk about luxury. . . This lip mask is a big consistent tern, which I love, and lasts all night! I can’t sleep without a lip mask on my dry lips, and this has been great to soften and hydrate my lips!
Twelve: Origins Youthtopia Liquid Exfoliating Apple Peel – Since I like to try skin care products, I have had to scales back over the years due to acne problems. But! I added this skin (a liquid exfoliator) to my routine and I love the results. It removes dry, flaky skin and also helps to absorb my skin and better retain the moisture!
Thirteen: Sweed Beauty Satin Eyeliner in “Mink Greige” -when it is a light make -up day or a perfect “barely there” eyeliner color for my lower eyelash line, the mink -high color is exactly what I want. To be honest, it looks so natural, but adds just enough definition without overwhelming the eye.
