I am pregnant !!

Listen … By continuing this first three trimester and not sharing it with you, you had me (and the baby) on our toes!

 

This year you are filled with the best! Travel, 30 and become most special, the baby!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For all the mothers who are there, a compliment for you! The first quarter is not a walk in the park. We … I think I can say that now … I did a lot of reflection and want to share 3 discoveries that we have done in the last 3 months! Whether you are pregnant, was pregnant, know that sub -wie is pregnant, or none of the above, I hope you find this valuable!

 

Number #1: You need support

So in the beginning I only told my immediate family and a few of my friends. I can’t keep it inside and I am so grateful for the support and advice of this at the time, it was life -changing for me. But keeping people I work away were difficult for you and distant family and friends. In the beginning it can be quite lonely and insulating.

I am still not suer how I think people traditionally keep this to themselves for themselves (3 whole months), Because the overwhelming amount of joy I experience after the announcement feels so warming!

 

Number#2: Try not to control it

These pregnancy symptoms are not a joke! I had built a whole meal plan and it went straight the window when I scratched and needed fat to arrange my nausea. At the moment, Pizza is the best friend of a girl!

I quickly had to let go and choose to read and trust the process. This was a HGE but essential adjustment and I trust that I will do better because the symptoms hopefully subsidize 🤞õ.

 

Number#3: do your best

Every day is a bit different … especially with my training routine. My heart rate increases faster, I get tired more easily, and subtimes I just have to cut it out or cut it briefly. In the beginning it was not rough not to be uble to perform the way I usually do. But I also had to read Poison my best when I can and that can mean slower, lower intelligence and fewer days in the gym. & I am grateful for that.

I am seriously impressed by the things that my body does! And I can’t wait to have this trip with me.
