Dubai real estate sector recorded $4.7bn of transactions last week, including $20m Palm Jumeirah apartment

The Dubai real estate sector registered AED17.28bn ($ 4.7 billion) or transactions last week, according to the land department data.

Sales transactions dominated the figures, with AED12.91BN ($ 3.5 billion), according to the land department data.

In total there were 3,886 sales transactions registered between March 17 and March 21.

Dubai Real Estate this week

Among the most ex -sales transactions that are on the website of the land department were:

  • An Ava apartment in Palm Jumeirah by Omniyat in Palm Jumeirah was sold by AED73.4m ($ 20m)
  • An apartment in the Alba residences of Omniyat in Palm Jumeirah was sold by AED50.86m ($ 13.8m)
  • An apartment in the Alba residences of Omniyat in Palm Jumeirah was sold by AED49.48m ($ 13.5m)

The land department also showed mortgage agreements worth AED3.52 billion ($ 958.4 million) last week.

Gift transactions in the same period were valued at AED850.6m ($ 231.7m).
