The new Special Olympics VAE Board of Trustees includes people with extensive experience between health, education, media and social development sectorsIt also contains members who are Eithher’s athletes or parents of athletes and strengthen the core values of participation, representation and inclusion.

In October 2017, his Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the VAE and ruler of Dubai, Special Olympics VAE as an independent organization in changing the life of people with intellectual disabilities.
