The chance is in abundance in the Meeting Industry of the Middle East. On December International Mice Summit, 12 new events were in Saudi Arabia alone. Hotel development in the region has started and brand conversions are also on record highs, according to Lodging Econometrics.

Open at the beginning of March 2025 on the empty quarter, the world’s largest sandy desert, and located just over 100 thousand of Abu Dhabi. Bab Samhan, a luxury collection hotel
Diriyah Riyadh, Saudi -Arabia
Bab Samhan, a luxury collection hotel, Diriyah, the building is located in the historic district of Riyad, where the first Saudi state settled in 1727. It is the first hotel to open in Diriyah, Saudi Aarabia and offers 134 guest rooms, including 34 suites, a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, spa and three restaurants, the cuisine of the region. Event rooms include five flexible areas and on a ballroom of 4,300 square meters, for a maximum of 250 people.

Raffles Jeddah will soon be open and has 182 rooms and suites with a view of the Network Sea. The luxurious hotel is positive as a high-end option for meetings in Jeddah, located 25 minutes from King Abdulaziz International Airport. The St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort

Located along the Al Mouj Waterfront, the St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort marks the debut of the brand in Vman. With 250 rooms, it has the 14,500 square foot St. Regis Grand Ballroom, which offers a maximum of 1,200 guests, theater style. Facilities include nine eateries, fitness and recreational facilities, spa and 1,200 feet access to the beach. Adjacent is Al Mouj Golf, an 18-hole, par 72 championship golf course.
Wynn Al Marjan Island
Ras Al Khaimah, Vae
Wynn Al Marjan Island (at the top), the first gaming resort in the Middle East, opens at the beginning of 2027. The building offers 1,542 rooms and marinas in the marina, overlooking the Arabian Golf. It will also be for the full marina; 22 restaurants, lounges and bars; to nightclub and beach bar; to Salon; To shop Promenade; And several Polish. The building comprises an event center of 80,000 square meters with terraces and lawns in the open air.
