- Adnoc leads AWARDEES for his excellent role in encountering even healthcare

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – 15 May 2025—Special Olympics VAE, in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Public Health Center, organized yesterday for special ceremony to present the prestigious Golisano Local Health Leadership Awards. These prices have collected exceptional efforts to even promote health care for people of determination. The event serves as an important milestone in promoting the health of the community and even practices by organizations and individuals who have had a tangible impact on the care and empowerment of people with intellectual and developmental disorders.
De Cerony, held in the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center (ADNEC), which coincided with the 25th International Union for Health Promotion and Education (IUHPE) World Conference, collected Adnoc with the Golisano Award for the excellent role as a strategic partner partner in the health program. Since 2023, Adnoc has been a steadfast support for Special Olympics VAE, contributing to its health programs that more than 1,200 health controls have made in 2024. Adnoc also gave essential training for healthcare and allied professionals to stents practices throughout the country.
This year the Autism Intervention Specialists Center was also collected for its groundbreaking initiatives in training university students on even care skills. The center has successfully trained 766 students from more than six university and improved the possibilities of the next generation of care providers.
In a first for the prices in the VAE, the ceremony included the presentation of an individual prize to Dr. Ilhaan Saeed Abbas, collecting instrumental role as a special Olympics Special Smiles Regional Clinical Advisor. Dr. Ilhaj you have trained serious new clinical directors, including 20 interns from Saudi Aarabia (12 from Dammam and Acht from Jeddah), nine in Morocco and 18 in the United Arab Emirates. She also supports mentors who work with health mixers with intellectual and developmental disorders. Dr. Ilhaan has been actively involved with Varyus Volunteer Initiatives in the Mena region, including the Special Olympics World Games and VAE games, which reflects its deep dedication to support the community.

Their performance has not been positive that places the health and well -being of people of determination as a national priority.
His Excellency also expanded his gratitude to the partners of Special Olympics of: Adnoc, Abu Dhabi Public Health Center, the Ministry of Health Abu Dhabi and the Autism Intervention Specialists Center – and recognizes eiir turbulent and professional care for the Samen van de Nation.

Supported by the Golisano Foundation, one of the world’s leading inclusion of organizations for people with intellectual and developmental disorders, the Golisano Awards Nationnos Whis that may be nominated for the purpose of the Doel International Health Leadership Award. This global distinction is one of the highest awards in recording health care within the Special Olympics Movement.
Nomination for the International Award is based on strict criteria set by Special Olympics International, including the dedication of the organization to serve the Special Olympics community and its contribution to even promoting even health services that promote the inclusion of sustainable community.
